The work carried out under this project is part of a wider programme to restore natural habitats across the whole of the NTS Ben Lomond property, which is an important site within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Three areas of woodland and hill ground, totalling 13.75ha, have been enclosed by stock and deer fencing to allow natural regeneration to occur. Archaeological research has been carried out on the sites and low key interpretation provided. The public is welcome to visit the site, although no specific access provision has been created as part of the project.
