Pishwanton Community Woodland

Pishwanton near Gifford in East Lothian is a 24 ha area of woodland, grassland and wetland which is to be managed to restore native woodland and other habitats. Paths will also be established to improve access. More Info

Roslin Glen

This project is helping to improve an area of woodland which has suffered from the ravages of Dutch Elm disease and invasion by non-native tree and shrub species. More Info

Carrifran Woodland

This, the last MFS woodland restoration project to be signed up, is situated in the Border hills not far from Moffat. Borders Forest Trust, with the help of many enthusiastic individuals, purchased a 606 ha sheep farm and has prepared detailed plans for establishing a large native forest . More Info
